One of the authors of an accepted technical paper must register and the paper must be presented at the conference to include the paper in IEEE Xplore. Each paper requires an individual registration. One author can register for multiple papers. The registration fees for the different categories of authors are given on the homepage. Feel free to contact the Technical Secretary regarding any registration issues.

* All papers MUST be within 4-6 pages. Additional charges will be applicable for papers exceeding 5 pages. For Local Authors, the charge is 2000 BDT and for International Authors, the charge is 15 USD..

Special Notes

1. Each paper must be registered separately.
2. To join the conference, the co-author must complete separate registration as a regular participant.
3. Regular Participants (Without paper submission) can also register from https://portal.aiubicrest.com/
4. Proof of full-time studentship from your current institution for the year 2026-27 (if applicable) and Proof of IEEE membership for the year 2026-27 (if applicable) must be uploaded to complete the registration.
5. Registration will be closed after the deadline mentioned on the homepage.  There will be no late registration or spot registration.

A discounted registration fee will be offered to authors with multiple accepted submissions.
