View the IEEE ICREST 2018 Call for Papers.<\/span><\/strong><\/a><\/span><\/p>\n Submissions should be original, previously unpublished work not currently under review by other publications. All submissions must be done electronically through the submission service at https:\/\/aiubicrest.com\/index.php\/submissions\/<\/span><\/a><\/span> .<\/p>\n All Papers:<\/strong> 4-6 pages (additional charges apply for exceeding 6 pages), must be written in English and use standard IEEE two-column conference templates that can be downloaded from http:\/\/www.ieee.org\/conferences_events\/conferences\/publishing\/templates.html<\/span><\/a><\/span> . Only PDF files will be accepted for the review process. Please submit the PDF file at the submission service (https:\/\/aiubicrest.com\/index.php\/submissions\/<\/span><\/a><\/span>). The submission due date for papers is June 30, 2018<\/strong>. Only accepted and orally presented papers that have gone through the review process will be published in the 2018 International Conference on Robotics, Electrical and Signal Processing Techniques (ICREST) proceedings on IEEE Xplore http:\/\/ieeexplore.ieee.org<\/span><\/span><\/a> . Selected papers will be submitted in special issue of AIUB Journal of Science and Engineering (AJSE).<\/p>\n General Instructions on Paper Review Process:<\/strong> All submitted Papers will undergo a double-blind peer-review process and assessed on the basis of originality, significance, technical soundness, and clarity of expression. Accepted authors will be notified starting August 30, 2018, and a final paper in PDF format will be required by September 15, 2018. The review committee may recommend rejection of final papers that do not take account of reviewers\u2019 requirements and expectations in an acceptable manner. The conference chair reserves the right to remove papers from the conference proceedings that do not meet the requirements.<\/p>\n Final submission with IEEE Xplore\u00ae-compatible PDFs:<\/strong> All PDFs to be included in IEEE Xplore Digital Library (e.g. title page, copyright page, author index, etc.) should be validated through PDF eXpress for IEEE Xplore compatibility. The detailed instructions will be provided to the accepted authors accordingly. For further questions on paper submissions, please contact the Publications Chair.<\/p>\n The author of an accepted paper is required to complete paid registration at full (member or non-member) rate for the conference prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper.
