Submissions should be original, previously unpublished work not currently under review by other publications. All submissions must be done electronically through the submission service at https:\/\/cmt3.research.microsoft.com\/ICREST2027<\/a>.<\/p>\n

All Papers: 4-6 pages (additional charges apply for exceeding 5 pages), must be written in English and use standard IEEE two-column conference templates that can be downloaded from http:\/\/www.ieee.org\/conferences_events\/conferences\/publishing\/templates.html<\/a>. Only PDF files will be accepted for the review process. Please submit the PDF file at the submission service (https:\/\/cmt3.research.microsoft.com\/ICREST2027<\/a>).\u00a0 All Accepted and Presented papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore (subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements). Selected papers will be submitted in special issue of AIUB Journal of Science and Engineering (AJSE<\/a>) [Q3 Scopus Indexed].<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n

General Instructions on Paper Review Process: All submitted Papers will undergo a double-blind peer-review process and assessed on the basis of originality, significance, technical soundness, and clarity of expression. The review committee may recommend rejection of final papers that do not take account of reviewers’ requirements and expectations in an acceptable manner. The conference chair reserves the right to remove papers from the conference proceedings that do not meet the requirements.<\/p>\n

Final submission with IEEE Xplore\u00ae<\/sup>– compatible PDFs: All PDFs to be included in IEEE Xplore Digital Library (e.g. title page, copyright page, author index, etc.) should be validated through PDF eXpress for IEEE Xplore compatibility. The detailed instructions will be provided to the accepted authors accordingly. For further questions on paper submissions, please contact the Publications Chair.<\/p>\n

The author of an accepted paper is required to complete paid registration at full (member or non-member) rate for the conference prior to uploading the final IEEE formatted, publication-ready version of the paper. There is no refund for cancellation. Failure to complete paid speaker registration before the deadline will result in withdrawal of the paper from the conference program and the proceedings. Any paper not presented at the conference will be excluded from the conference proceedings.<\/p>\n

\nIf any change\/update is necessary in the CMT database, please contact at icrest@aiub.edu<\/a> immediately not later than December 20, 2024.<\/span>
\nAfter completion of registration, e-copyright and camera-ready PDF express submission, the ICREST organizing committee shall not be held responsible for any mismatch.<\/span><\/p>\n

The manuscript must be in IEEE format. Please download the IEEE paper template in A4 DOC file from https:\/\/www.ieee.org\/conferences\/publishing\/templates.html<\/a><\/p>\n

The length of the manuscript must not exceed 6 pages of A4 sized paper (210 mm \u00d7 297 mm) in PDF format including the name(s) of the author(s), texts, figures, tables, and references.<\/p>\n

Note the followings while preparing the Camera-Ready version of the paper using the template:<\/p>\n

The similarity index of your paper should not be higher than 30%. You can view the similarity report on PROCONF paper submission account (Contact with Technical Secretary if cannot view or download) if your initial paper had similarity higher than 30%. You must modify the initial submission according to the suggestions given by the reviewers.<\/p>\n

Please write down the full name(s) of the authors. Please do not put title of any author in the authors list, i.e., do not write Dr. XYZ or Prof. XYZ.<\/p>\n

Please do not write the positions\/designations of the authors in affiliations.<\/p>\n

The equations, units, figures, tables and references should be according to the IEEE format.<\/p>\n

Prepare the camera-ready PDF version of the paper and check whether the generated PDF is IEEE PDF eXpress compatible following the instructions below and then submit the IEEE PDF eXpress compatible file through PROCONF [ http:\/\/proconf.org\/conferences\/icrest-2019\/app\/login.php<\/a> ]<\/p>\n
